Our Returns and Exchanges Promise
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for all our bamboo dishcloth products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges in the following situations:
✓ Product quality problems (such as manufacturing defects such as open wires and deformation)
✓ Received goods do not match the ordered goods
✓ Items damaged during transportation
✓ Unused goods in the original packaging are not accepted for return and exchange in the following situations:
× Used or washed goods
× Damaged due to improper use
× More than 30 days of return and exchange period
× Promotional/clearance specials (specially marked as non-returnable)
Return and Exchange Process
- Initiate a request
Please send an email to shoppointia@swipebamboo.com including:
● Your order number
● Reason for return and exchange
● Product photos (if applicable) - Obtain authorization
Within 2 business days, we will:
✓ Send a return authorization code
✓ Provide a return address
✓ Confirm the return and exchange method - Return the product
● Please use the original packaging or appropriate protection
● It is recommended to use a trackable mailing method
● Attach the return authorization code - Processing method
●Refund: processed within 5 working days after receiving the return
●Exchange: new products will be sent within 7 working days after confirming the return
Shipping policy
●Quality issues: we bear the round-trip shipping costs
●Non-quality issues: customers bear the return shipping costs
●Exchange: we bear the shipping costs of sending new products
Refund instructions
●Will be returned to the original payment method
●Only the product amount will be refunded (excluding the original shipping costs)
●Processing time may vary depending on the payment institution

●Please keep the return receipt until the refund is completed
●Customized products are not accepted for return or exchange
